Refund policy

 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please read the following policies regarding returns and refunds.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
At Wick & Mabel we take great care in thoughtfully hand-packing each candle order to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and ready to be enjoyed. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately through email with photos of the damage so that we can resolve the issue. If the item is damaged we will happily replace the candle for you when the damaged product is unused and returned to us. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
We cannot cancel or swap an order for change of mind once fully paid for as all our candles are hand made and custom poured for each order. 

We do not accept exchanges on sale items.

Refunds                                                                                                                        Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or if the scent chosen by you is not suitable so please choose carefully.

If a product is deemed damaged we will happily replace the product. Please refer to our Damages and Issues section.
